We are right on target. The manufacturer is finishing up the new snek designs and will ship them after the Chinese New Year holiday.

We are right on time for shipping all pins by mid-March.
Shipping costs from China (where the pins are made) to the US (where we are) has gone up quite a bit due to the global pandemic, sadly. There is also a tariff to the US. This makes the pins more expensive for us to produce and mucks with our budget. This is a risk with all Kickstarters, and we're handling it. You won't see anything different on your end! If you are feeling generous and able, adding a couple bucks to the Tip Jar in BackerKit will help us offset these increased expenses on the production side.

I will be locking orders in BackerKit on Monday, 1/25. That means I will charge cards for add-ons and shipping on Thursday, 1/28.

There, you'll be able to select your pins from 57 variants of dogs, cats, and snakes, as well as add any additional pins, stickers, or buttons that strike your fancy. Also, if your pledge failed in Kickstarter, you are still part of the BackerKit pre-order, so you can take advantage of the lower prices in the BackerKit store and just be charged here in fulfillment rather than in Kickstarter.
The pins for designs that have been selected so far are currently in production. They will not be shipped to me until after the Chinese New Year's celebrations and the factory closures that accompany them are over. I expect to receive the pins by the first week of March, and then shipping will begin right away. Items ship from the United States.
Some of you have ordered pins that I already have in stock from a pre-order that I did during the campaign for a few popular designs (cat only). Your items may ship sooner if you do not have any of the designs that are still in production.
We have applied whole order shipping to this campaign, which means that you can add on items without increasing your shipping costs (unless you add on A WHOLE LOT OF ITEMS and the weight of the package goes up substantially). Some of your favorites are ordering more Pride Pets pins as well as Pronoun Pins, our Gender NonConforming collection, and our Chibi Pride pins.

We were approved for BackerKit and we've sent the Smoke Test out to 15% of backers. We send out to a small group to make sure the survey questions and add-ons are working correctly and to get any "bugs" out before sending to the whole group. BackerKit recommends that we wait 24 hours from sending the smoke test to receive any feedback and fix any issues and then send out the remainder of surveys.
If you've received your survey, please go ahead and complete it so we can be sure it's working properly, and feel free to ask for help through BackerKit or by messaging. Because there are 3 styles of pins (cat, snake, dog), 19 colors/flags, and up to 10 pins per pledge, there are a lot of variants so we definitely pushed BackerKit's capabilities for variations!
